Carter Sorrell

Since joining the Doerre Construction team in 2014, Carter has been instrumental in seeking out and building high-level relationships with clients that share our core values. He is a Charlotte native with a natural connection to the Queen City. Carter has almost two decades of industry experience and is a seasoned business developer with success in connecting prospective and current clients with solutions and results. He is passionate about creating Grand Openings for our clients, staying engaged throughout the project life cycle, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Carter attended Sun Valley High School and graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in Communications in 1999. He is also a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. Outside of work he enjoys family time, good friends, live music, travelling, golfing, and skiing. He serves as a volunteer with a variety of local organizations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for McLeod Centers for Wellbeing and volunteers for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, The First Tee of Charlotte, and Urban Ministry (Room in the Inn) of Charlotte.
