The Jimmy Pastaria & Pizzaria Grand Opening

We are thrilled to have been part of the team that had the privilege to “Create a Grand Opening” for The Jimmy and Chef Jim Noble on Selwyn Avenue in Charlotte, NC’s Myers Park Neighborhood. The Jimmy opened to rave reviews in late June of 2021. This marks the seventh restaurant for chef Jim Noble. He also operates Rooster’s and Copain in SouthPark and The King’s Kitchen and Rooster’s in uptown. In 2019, Noble Smoke and Bossy Beulah’s opened on Freedom Drive. The Doerre team is truly honored and humbled to have had the opportunity to work on such great projects with such amazing people.
