News Update: Grand Opening of Rooster’s Wood Fired KItchen at The Bowl at Ballantyne
Doerre Construction is excited to announce the grand opening of Rooster’s Wood Fired Kitchen at The Bowl at Ballantyne, marking a significant milestone in the ongoing growth of the Ballantyne area. The highly anticipated restaurant, which opened its doors for dinner service on the evening of November 25, 2024, is the latest addition to the Rooster’s brand from Noble Food & Pursuits, a family-owned business established in Winston-Salem in 1992.
This marks the fourth Rooster’s location and the first new restaurant in over a decade, bringing a fresh, updated take on the beloved menu and design of its predecessors. The Ballantyne location, situated at 15110 Bowl Street, features a spacious indoor dining room, a wine bar, an open kitchen, and a beautiful covered patio with fire pits and soft seating, all designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant seats nearly 300 guests, offering private and semi-private dining options for events.
Project Vision and Construction:
Doerre Construction had the privilege of partnering with Noble Food & Pursuits on this exciting new project, bringing our extensive expertise in creating high-quality, functional, and stylish spaces to the forefront. The vision for Rooster’s at The Bowl was to create a memorable dining experience that celebrates both local culinary traditions and modern design. Our team worked diligently to deliver a space that blends natural elements with contemporary touches, drawing inspiration from the Carolina outdoors. Antique fly fishing equipment, ombre murals mimicking river greens, and light wood finishes reflect the essence of the region’s natural beauty.
The construction process focused on creating a dynamic and flexible space that would not only accommodate the bustling energy of Rooster’s patrons but also provide a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere for family dinners, gatherings, and events. The design, including the open kitchen and large windows for natural light, seamlessly integrates with the restaurant’s high-end wood-fired menu, giving guests a truly immersive dining experience.
Grand Opening Celebration:
The grand opening of Rooster’s Wood-fired Grill at The Bowl is a celebrated addition to South Charlotte’s culinary scene. Guests at the new Ballantyne location can indulge in Rooster’s signature wood-fired dishes. The opening of this location further enriches the vibrant dining scene at The Bowl at Ballantyne, where the culinary experience is elevated with each new addition.
Doerre Construction is proud to have played a key role in the creation of this stunning new space, and we look forward to seeing Rooster’s Wood-fired Grill become a beloved gathering spot in the Ballantyne neighborhood.
