Project Spotlight: Retail Shell Completion in Clayton, NC for Veritas Retail Partners

This project included the construction of two brand-new shell buildings:
🏗 Building 1: A 2,325 SF space that will soon house Chipotle
🏗 Building 2: A 6,519 SF structure that will be home to a TD Bank and a dental office

In addition to constructing the shell buildings, Doerre Construction handled all site work and utility installations, ensuring a solid foundation for the businesses that will soon occupy these spaces.

✅ Project Milestone: Construction was completed in January, and now tenant upfits are underway as these businesses prepare to open their doors.
