Edge Express Car Wash
The Vision
Edge Express acquired this site on Dave Lyle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC and partnered with Doerre Construction to build their newest car wash. The Doerre and Edge Express teams partnered early and worked together to value engineer the project and overcome permitting and design hurdles, which led to a project that was teed up for success.
The Project
Doerre Construction worked with our valued sub contractors on this 1.38 acre site to bring this Edge Express Car Wash to life in Rock Hill, SC. Project scope included a 2,500 SF car wash building, reclaim tank system, heavy-duty concrete paving, dumpster and vacuum enclosures and all site and landscaping work. Doerre built and coordinated with Edge Express and their vendors to create a successful Grand Opening.
