Charlottetown and Kings Retail
The Vision
Based upon previous projects and a longstanding relationship, local developers Walker Wells and Jim Zanoni selected Doerre Construction to complete this urban infill project at the busy intersection of Kings Drive and Charlottetowne Avenue in midtown Charlotte, NC.
The Project
This project entailed two retail projects, including the interior upfit for The Vitamin Shoppe. The scope also included an underground concrete structure for storm water detention. The buildings consist of brick veneer and stucco exteriors with steel trellis mesh systems.

The Grand Opening
Working in collaboration with the architect and owner, Doerre brought innovative solutions on storefront and metal siding budget items. Doerre coordinated all owner-provided items with national tenants Chipotle, Vitamin Shop, and Mattress Firm, delivering the shell spaces on time, as well as completing two of the interior upfits.
