The Vision
CharBar No. 7 is a restaurant concept that offers the perfect mix between upscale and casual. Whether in a suit, golf attire or jeans, you’ll feel right at home. CharBar No. 7 ownership decided to relocate their Carmel Road location and renovate an existing building which is in a more desirable location for them. The Doerre team was proud to partner with CharBar No. 7 to help them realize their vision and Create a Grand Opening for their newest location.
The Project
This complex project included several phases that turned the former McCallister’s Deli on Carmel Road into the exciting restaurant space it is now. The first phase of the project included structural repairs to the building as well as the installation of new bi-fold and roll-up doors. The project was a full interior and exterior renovation, including new electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, outdoor patio space and cosmetic exterior work. The interior up-fit of the restaurant space included a new kitchen and the addition of a new bar that is the focal point of the space as well as many other decorative elements.

The Grand Opening
CharBar No. 7 opened in February (2022) to rave reviews from the public and has quickly established itself as the place to go in the neighborhood. The Doerre team is truly honored and humbled to have had the opportunity to work on such a great project with such amazing people.
