AAA Car Care Center
The Vision
When AAA Carolinas decided to enter the Car Care business, they called on the automotive experience of Doerre Construction to help with program development and construction. What began with the renovation of two small auto service shops developed into a service model for other AAA Car Care centers in the region.
The Project
The store pictured is located in Charlotte, NC, and is a 7,000-square-foot, single-story, wood-frame building with brick veneer and a TPO roof. This store also features a finished sales and service office area, and an eight-bay service garage.

The Grand Opening
Doerre Construction has partnered with AAA Carolinas to build over 50 facilities totaling more than 350,000 square feet in most major cities in North and South Carolina. MPV Properties worked alongside Doerre and AAA, acting as a fee-based developer on most of the projects. As MPV Properties expanded their footprint into other AAA regions, Doerre Construction was asked to once again be a part of the team. Doerre helped launch the Car Care concept in both the Atlanta and Metro DC/MD/VA areas.
