The Vision
When Harris Teeter decided to enter the fuel business, they called on the experience of Doerre Construction to help with program development and construction. What began with one fuel center, turn into a service model for other Harris Teeter fuel centers in the region.
The Project
Doerre Construction partnered with Harris Teeter to construct multiple Fuel Centers across North and South Carolina. Harris Teeter has quickly become one of Doerre’s most valued relationships. Typical fuel center includes 1-2 acre site; 8 fuel pump stations, service kiosk, fuel canopy, and an attractive retail area all located on out parcels of Harris Teeter Grocery anchored centers.
