SouthLake Crossing

Doerre Construction is excited to announce that we have been awarded the SouthLake Crossing project by SilverCap Partners and DTZ.  SilverCap Partners recently purchased the 19 acre property at 14401 Carowinds Boulevard in Southwest Charlotte, NC from John Deere.  There are two existing buildings on the property; a 76,899 square foot office building, and a separate research and development building.  Doerre Construction will be responsible for overseeing the demolition of the research and development building and adding more parking spaces, bringing the parking ratio up to nine spaces per 1,000 square feet. We are excited for this new relationship with SilverCap Partners and DTZ.
