Pre-Construction

During this phase, we’ll select the team members — from design professionals to material suppliers and subcontractors — that will work on your project, and we will deliver a comprehensive plan, schedule and budget.

Value Engineering

Doerre’s value engineering services help to control your project’s budget and reduce life cycle costs while meeting strict quality requirements. During the pre-construction phase, your project team conducts in-depth reviews of your plans in order to maximize every dollar invested in your project. Through leveraging the specialized expertise of our subcontractors, we evaluate alternate construction materials and innovative building techniques that deliver cost savings back to you while still maintaining the highest quality standards.

Construction

Once the Pre-Construction phase is complete, construction is ready to begin! Through full-time supervision at your project site, our dedicated team will provide proactive project management on a daily basis offering comprehensive problem resolution at the first sign of any issue. Prompt submission of proposals relating to changes ensure that your project continues on schedule while weekly project meetings help to maintain open lines of communication and keep everyone on the same page. We will continually revisit each benchmark set during the pre-construction phase to ensure your project stays on time and within budget.

Post-Construction

Your project is not closed out until you are 100% satisfied with the end product. Prior to occupancy, we conduct a comprehensive service and quality control review to ensure that all project objectives have been met and your expectations have been exceeded. As-built control documents will be prepared along with detailed warranty information.
