Doerre Completes Wachovia Escalator

Doerre Construction recently completed a two week project with ThyssenKrupp Elevator which included the removal and replacement of a 30-year old escalator system located within Two Wachovia Center in Uptown Charlotte. Doerre worked two shifts for the project in order to cause minimal disruption to the tenants in the fully occupied 32 floor office building. Doerre will replace the second escalator system in the building over a two week period during the Christmas holiday.
